Due to its suburban beauty and enrichment of excellent art, the little and lovely town of Saratoga is where Phyllis and her family call home. She received several pleasant surprises and inspirations from the town's serenity and simplicity. She was first inspired to love handmade crafts and design while watching and sitting on her mother's sewing machine when she was a little child. She acquired critical thinking and problem-solving skills through her employment as an engineer for high-tech businesses and as a business specialist for charity organizations. She attained the realization of her aspirations and passions. So, SIMPLY ING was created.

Phyllis earned a Master of Science in Computer Science at University of Manchester in Science and Technology (UMIST), Manchester, England, and also earned an MAB in Financial Management at University of Hull, England the following year.

Wenlan's father was a traditional temple painter in Taiwan who painted eastern Door Guardians and Dragon Pillars, therefore her family was surrounded by cans of oil paint and various brushes. While working as a flight attendant for EVA airlines, her love for the arts grew deeper in her heart. She has been traveling to prominent art museums all around the world as a result of her jobs.

When Wenlan immigrated to the US in 2007, she began selling her own handcrafted jewelry and pressed flower artwork online. She had acquired supporters from her clientele as a result of her accomplishment. Wenlan enrolled as a part-time student in the Master of Fine Art program at Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 2014. Through the art programs, she found fulfillment and continued to advance her artistic training. Wenlan received her MFA in 2020 and was chosen to have one of her paintings included in The de Young Open Exhibition at the de Young Museum in San Francisco. She transforms commonplace scenes into intimate moments in her paintings and demonstrates to viewers the beauty of their surroundings.

Wenlan, her husband, and their two inspiring sons currently reside in Saratoga, California. In her children's schools, she enjoys volunteering and instructing Art Docent programs.

Isabelle finds everything in nature and the simplicity of things to be beautiful. She was moved by the Mother Earth's hues, sound, and form. These direct her as she completes her design and hone her abilities. All those natural components might be found in Isabelle's creations. Her style combines casual femininity with natural beauty. Isabelle pledges to provide clothing and accessories that improve the world. She uses only organic, non-toxic materials to create her designs.

Isabelle graduated from College LaSalle in Montreal, Canada, with a bachelor's degree in fashion design. She and her family are currently residing in Saratoga, California.
